Chaos erupted on Thursday aboard an IndiGo international flight (6E 1085) heading from Mumbai to Krabi, Thailand. The patience of passengers, who had been waiting for hours, wore thin when the pilot refused to fly the aircraft, citing the expiration of his 'Flight Duty Time Limitation' (FDTL).

This led to a heated exchange between the cabin crew and the passengers. In a video that is rapidly going viral on social media, an irate passenger can be seen kicking the aircraft's exit door and hurling abuse at the pilot during the altercation.
According to data available on the flight tracking website Flightradar24, the IndiGo flight from Mumbai to Krabi was scheduled to depart at 4:05 am but was delayed for over three hours. IndiGo Issues Statement
IndiGo has issued a statement regarding the incident. According to an IndiGo spokesperson, the initial delay in the flight from Mumbai was caused by a combination of factors, including the late arrival of the incoming aircraft, air traffic congestion, and the flight crew exceeding their duty time limits.
Two passengers onboard engaged in inappropriate behavior during the waiting period and were declared unruly. They were deplaned and handed over to security agencies.
The statement released by IndiGo further added, "We are committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for everyone and regret the inconvenience caused to our customers."
