Chennai Power Cut June 19, 20: The Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) has announced scheduled power cuts in various parts of Chennai on Wednesday and Thursday due to planned maintenance activities. The power supply will be interrupted from 9 AM to 2 PM on both days. If the work is completed early, electricity will be restored before the scheduled time.

Chennai Power Cut Affected Areas On June 19, Thursday

- In the Sithalapakkam region, the following localities will experience power disruption: Noothenchery, Megala Nagar, Vengai Vasal, Bharathi Nagar, Bethel Nagar, Ramakrishna Nagar, Sharma Nagar, Chokkanathar Street, Manickavasagar Street, Ramakrishna Puram, Valmugi Street, Eswari Nagar, Thangalkarai, Velachery Road, Shri Ram Properties Apartments, Kamarajar Nagar, Anna Street, MGR Street, Vijayalakshmi Street, VOC Street, Kattabomman Street, Gandhi Road, Barathi Street, Rajiv Gandhi Street, GST Road and parts of the East Tambaram area.

- In Nanmangalam, residents of Chromepet Salai, Arul Murugannandhavanam Nagar and Pallava Garden will face power outages.

- Parts of Pallavaram, including Eswari Nagar, Sakthi Nagar, Ganapathi Nagar, Sarojini Nagar, Dharga Road, and Pallavaram East, will also be affected.

- In Red Hills, the affected areas are MA Nagar, Thilagar Street, Asaithambi Street, MGR Street, Muthumariamman Koil, Gandhi Nagar, and Alamaram Area.

Chennai Power Cut Affected Areas On Thursday, June 20:

- Tiruverkadu region will see power cuts in Velappanchavadi Co-operative Nagar, Cauvery Nagar, Mariamman Koil Street, Devi Nagar, Sai Avenue Apartment, Madharvedu Perumal Koil Street, PH Road, Noombal Road, Velappan Nagar, Padmavathi Nagar, and Mettu Street near Mehta Hospital.

- Korattur will experience disruptions in Palla NRS Road, Perumal Koil Street, Lake View Garden, Kavya Nagar, and several streets within the TNHB area, including Kamaraj Nagar, Kannagi Nagar (3rd to 8th Streets), East Avenue, Shanthi Nagar, Central Avenue, MTH Road, and others.

- In Kavanur, power will be suspended in Sekkizar Nagar, Erikkarai Road, Malaiyambakkam, Duraisami Salai, Jayam Nagar, and Devi Karumariamman Nagar.

- The Pallavaram Division will also face outages in various areas such as New Street, Ambedkar Nagar, Mandiri Flats, Cholavaram Nagar, Bharathi Nagar (Main Road and 1st to 5th Cross Streets), Thulukkanathamman Koil Street, and many more including Shankar Nagar (38th to 41st Streets).

Residents in these areas are advised to plan ahead and make necessary arrangements.
