DDA Housing Scheme 2025: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Wednesday informed that its recently launched Dwarka Community Service Personal (CSP) Housing Scheme-2025 has received a great response from the customers. It stated that the authority had offered a total of 364 flats for an e-auction, adding that 325 flats have already been sold. The authority stated that the e-auction for the scheme was held on March 31, adding that the list has been made public.

The authority stated that some special eligibility conditions were kept for the customers to participate in this special scheme, adding that only those people were allowed to participate who already owned HIG, Super HIG, or Penthouse in Golf View Apartments of Dwarka Sector 19B. It further stated that the scheme was especially designed for the people who intended to have a servant or guest quarter in their homes.

The authority stated that the allotment process of these flats will be commenced soon, assuring that the allotment letters will be issued to the successful bidders within 15 to 20 days. It further stated that the bidders will be informed on their registered mobile numbers and email. The authority further advised the bidders to keep checking their emails and mobile messages to avoid any inconveniences.

The authority stated that all these flats are located in Tower M, Phase-2, and Dwarka Sector-19B. It further stated that the reserve price of these flats was around Rs 32.53 lakh, but the prices surged during the e-auction. Earlier last week, DDA announced that the deadline for registration under the 'DDA Housing Scheme 2025' has been extended to provide extra time to the people intending to buy houses in the national capital.

While providing details, the authority had clarified that the customers could buy flats till April 30. It further stated that the deadline has been extended for different schemes, adding that the flats have been released for EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG categories.
