The Delhi District Authority (DDA) has announced its Festival Housing Scheme, 2023, which will offer 32,000 flats across various categories and locations in Delhi. The registrations will open on November 24 and the flats will be sold through an e-auction on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The flats are located at Dwarka, Loknayak Puram and Narela, which range from penthouses and luxury flats for high-income groups to affordable flats for economically weaker sections. The prices start from Rs 5 crore for penthouses and go down to Rs 11.5 lakh for EWS flats, reported Hindustan Times.

DDA has 32,000 newly constructed flats for sale, including 1100 luxury ones that face a golf course in the making at Dwarka’s Sector 19B. These are for high-income groups (HIGs). There are also 316 and 647 flats for middle-income groups (MIG) at Dwarka Sector 14 and Loknayak Puram, respectively.
