A horrific accident in Uttarakhand's Dehradun claimed six lives. The accident took place after an Inova car collided with the truck and then rammed into a tree. The six youths, who had gone out for drive happily after partying in Jakhan didn't know they would never come back. Anyone who witnessed the tragic accident was left stunned.
How the the accident occur? In a race to overtake a BMW car on the Ballupur Chowk-Garhi Cantt road, the car of seven youngsters travelling in an Innova car ran at a reckless speed into a container passing through ONGC Chowk and after sliding for about 70 feet in the opposite direction, collided with a tree.
Dehradun Accident Car Shattered Into Pieces: The car was completely destroyed in the accident that took place around 1.30 am on Monday night and six youths, including three male and female students, died on the spot, while one youth was seriously injured. The seven youths had gone on a long drive after a party late at night and during this time they got in race with another BMW car driver.
In the accident, the heads of a young man and a young woman were severed from their bodies due to the breaking of the roof of the car, while the bodies of the remaining four were also found in a mutilated condition.
Friends Were Asking For Party Of New Innova Car
The accident happened in the Cantt area when Atul Agarwal, son of Sunil Agarwal, a renowned firecracker businessman of the city, went out for a long drive late at night after giving a party to his six friends for buying a new Innova car. Atul had bought a new car on Dhanteras i.e. 30 October, for which his friends were demanding a party. On Monday night, he hosted a party at the residence of one of his friends, Siddhesh Agarwal in Jakhan.
All Deceased Were Students
Kunal Kukreja, Kamakshi Singhal and Guneet Kaur, who lost their lives in the accident, were students of Graphic Era University in Dehradun. Kunal and Guneet were BBA students, while Kamakshi was a B.Com student. The relatives of the deceased are businessmen, traders and advocates and all of them know each other.
