DIAL is currently conducting trials to enable seamless trader of check-in baggage between Terminal 3 (T3), which handles international flights and the all-domestic flights of Terminal 1. This initiative is aimed at simplifying the passengers journey with domestic to international or international-to-domestic connections.

There is no air train system linking T1 and T3, and making terminal transfer challenging. To address this, DIAL plans to facilitate airside transfer of baggage between terminals.
