Why Is Delhi MCD Poll A Big Test For All Parties?

Though the result won’t change MCD power equations immediately, it is being seen as a prestige battle after the BJP’s massive Assembly win in February 2025. Of the 12 seats, 9 were earlier held by the BJP and 3 by AAP. All three major parties, BJP, AAP and Congress, have gone all out with door-to-door campaigns. Congress is focusing heavily on Sangam Vihar-E and Chandni Mahal, hoping to benefit from reported AAP infighting in the latter.

When Will Results Of Delhi MCD Bye-Election Come

Vote counting will take place on December 3 at 10 centres. EVMs are stored in 10 strong rooms under CCTV surveillance.
