The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has extended the timing of last metro services ahead of the IPL match scheduled at Arun Jaitley Stadium on May 17. The move has been taken to ensure that spectators attending the match do not face any difficulty in returning home after the game.

The IPL clash between Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals will be held at Arun Jaitley Stadium on May 17, with a large turnout expected. In view of the heavy footfall, DMRC has decided to run metro services late into the night across multiple lines.

Passengers have been advised to reach their respective stations at least 5–10 minutes before the departure of the last train to avoid any inconvenience.

Delhi Metro Extended Services: Check Timings

DMRC has announced extended operations on major corridors including the Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Violet, Pink, Magenta, Grey and Airport Express Lines. On select routes, services will continue till around 2:20 AM.

Line 1: Red Line (Shaheed Sthal - Rithala)

- Shaheed Sthal (New Bus Adda) to Rithala: 11:00 PM (arrival 12:10 AM)
- Rithala to Shaheed Sthal: 11:00 PM (arrival 12:15 AM)

Line 2: Yellow Line (Samaypur Badli - Millennium City Centre Gurugram)

- Samaypur Badli to Gurugram: 11:00 PM (arrival 12:20 AM)
- Gurugram to Samaypur Badli: 11:00 PM (arrival 11:45 PM)
