Delhi Metro: The construction work on the Majlis Park to Jagatpur village stretch of Delhi Metro’s phase 4 spanning from Majlis Park- Maujpur, is now completed and all set to become operational soon. The safety standards inspection on the corridor has also been completed by the Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) last week.

The Majlis Park-Maujpur stretch of Delhi Metro's Phase 4, covering 12.318 km, is nearing operational status after a successful safety inspection. The Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety (CMRS) has given its nod, with minor modifications suggested. Once these are implemented and approved, metro services will commence on this corridor, which will become part of the existing Pink Line. The extended route on the existing pink line will encompass eight stations.

This development will enable direct metro connectivity from Shiv Vihar on the Pink Line to Jagatpur village, extending metro services to the Burari area. The extension is part of the larger 12.318 km Majlis Park-Maujpur network under Phase 4, enhancing Delhi's metro infrastructure.
