Delhi Terror Plot Exposed: Authorities have begun uncovering a conspiracy following the dismantling of a Pakistani spy network, with new details emerging. Sources, cited by jagran.com stated that terrorists are planning a major attack in Delhi. The terrorists are planning to infiltrate through the Attari border and move towards Delhi via Punjab and Haryana.
Following the destruction of terrorist bases in Pakistan by the Indian Air Force in Operation Sindoor, a terror espionage network was established with the sole purpose of carrying out terrorist attacks in India. Precise target points were identified for attacks on army bases and cantonments, and their locations were sought. As the investigation progresses, security agencies are uncovering crucial information.
In April 2025, terrorists from Pakistan carried out a major terrorist attack in Pahalgam. Subsequently, in May, the Indian Air Force destroyed terrorist bases in Pakistan under Operation Sindoor. This caused panic within terrorist organisations and the Pakistani military. Following this action, conspiracies were hatched to carry out terrorist attacks in India.
Monitoring Movement Of Army Through Cameras
Sources cited by jagran.com indicate that Attari is the closest point to Delhi from the border, and a rail route connects to Delhi. The terrorists considered this route convenient due to the presence of an army base and cantonment along it. Subsequently, the terrorists conducted reconnaissance along this route, installed cameras, and provided the data to Pakistan's ISI. Furthermore, the cameras were used to monitor army movements.
The terrorists' plan was to obtain the precise locations of sensitive locations along and near this route, enabling them to carry out precision attacks in the future. They were requesting photos and videos from those connected to the network to confirm the locations.
The network arrested in Kaushambi had installed cameras at Delhi Cantt Railway Station and Sonipat Railway Station, while the accused arrested in Punjab and Delhi had installed cameras in Kapurthala, Jalandhar, Pathankot, Patiala, Moga, Ambala, Kathua, Bikaner, and Alwar.
The route from Pakistan to Delhi via the Attari border is the shortest, making it the most suitable for terrorists. The terrorists were conducting reconnaissance along the approximately 480-kilometre stretch from Attari to Delhi. They also conducted reconnaissance at some locations in Rajasthan.
Cameras were installed in Bikaner and Alwar, while the Khatu Shyam Temple in Sikar was reconnoitered. Due to the long distance from Jaisalmer to Delhi, approximately 780 kilometre, the terrorists skipped this route, focusing instead on the Attari-Delhi route.

Red Fort Car Blast Linked To Spy Network
The terrorist attack on the Red Fort on November 10, 2025 appears to be linked to this espionage network. Sources indicated that the agencies began receiving tips after questioning the suspects arrested in the Red Fort attack, and it was based on this information that the agencies uncovered the espionage network. Large-scale arrests are expected soon.
