The Delhi traffic police have issued a traffic advisory amid rising levels of the Yamuna river as the flood water has inundated several low-lying areas in Delhi, including parts of Majnu ka Tila. As per the advisory issued by the traffic police, traffic is heavily affected on the Outer Ring Road from Majnu ka Tila to Salimgarh By-Pass.
The motorists are requested to avoid the stretch as a diversion has been put in place at several locations.

Delhi Flood Traffic Advisory: Diversion Points
The traffic police have put several diversions in place due to the affected vehicular movement from Majnu Ka Tila to Salimgarh By-Pass. Here is the list of diversion points-
- From Wazirabad to Signature Bridge, Chandgim Ram Akhada (towards IP College Red Light)
- Monastery Market U-Turn has been closed.
Delhi Flood Traffic Advisory: List Of Closed Roads
In the wake of flooded roads and inconvenient travel experiences, several roads have been closed. Here is the list of roads closed-
- Old Wazirabad Bridge
- Loop From Chandgi Ram Akhada Towards Yudhistir Setu
- Loop From Yudhistir Setu Towards Nigam Bodh Ghat
Commuters are advised to avoid the aforementioned stretch and not to park roadside, and to plan the journey in advance.
Earlier, the traffic police issued an advisory urging commuters to avoid the NH-44 stretch due to potholes at the Singhola flyover.
Due to heavy rains, a pothole has developed on the NH-44 Singhola Flyover (Mukarba Chowk-Singhu Border). For safety reasons, both carriageways have been closed and traffic is being diverted.
