Delhi Weather: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for Delhi on Monday in view of potential weather disruptions. The weather forecast light rain/drizzle for the national capital on Monday evening as well. Residents in Delhi-NCR woke up to slight fog this morning, with moderate to dense fog observed in several areas of Noida. The city can expect smog and moderate fog in most places, with dense fog likely at isolated locations. The sky will remain partly cloudy. Delhi's air improved slightly on Monday as the air quality index (AQI) was recorded at 308, according to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). The neighbouring regions of the capital witnessed a decline in air quality. While Gurugram reported 'poor' air quality at 228, Noida and Ghaziabad recorded 'moderate' AQI at 183 and 193, respectively.

With respect to the temperature drop, yesterday the minimum temperature was 11.3 degrees Celsius, and as per the forecast, it might drop to 8-10 degrees Celsius after the showers.

Delhi Weather Forecast

Feb 4: Shallow fog in the morning, generally cloudy with light rain/thunderstorm till forenoon. The maximum temperature will be 18-20 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature will be 11-13 degrees Celsius.

Feb 5: Moderate fog in the morning, mainly clear sky; smog/mist at night. The maximum temperature will be 22-24 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature will be 09-11 degrees Celsius.

Feb 6: Shallow fog in the morning, mainly clear sky; smog/mist at night. The maximum temperature will be 22-24 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature will be 08-10 degrees Celsius.

Feb 7: Smog/mist in the morning, partly cloudy sky; smog/mist at night. The maximum temperature will be 22-24 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature will be 08-10 degrees Celsius.

Feb 8: Smog/mist in the morning, partly cloudy sky; smog/mist at night. The maximum temperature will be 23-25 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature will be 08-10 degrees Celsius.

Delhi Weather on Sunday

The national capital experienced partly cloudy weather on Sunday, with the maximum temperature recorded at 22 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature was 11.3 degrees Celsius, which was three notches above the seasonal average, while the humidity levels were recorded at 97 per cent at 8:30 am.
