Delhi Weather: The meteorological service said on Sunday that Delhi would have mostly overcast skies with light rain throughout the day, following the deluge that destroyed a central Delhi coaching centre and killed three IAS candidates the day before.

The India Meteorological Department reports that the city's minimum temperature on Sunday was 28.2 degrees Celsius, 0.9 degrees lower than the season's normal levels.

It is anticipated that the highest temperature would hover around 36 degrees Celsius. 7.8 percent of the air was humid at 8.30 AM.

Delhi's AQI

At 9 am, the Central Pollution Control Board reported that the national capital's Air Quality Index (AQI) was reading 91, placing it in the "satisfactory" category. The classification of an AQI is as follows: 0–50 is "good", 51–100 is "satisfactory", 101–200 is "moderate", 201–300 is "poor", 301–400 is "very poor", and 401–500 is "severe".

Light to moderate rains are forecast on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the India Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert.
