Delhi Weather Update: Delhi experienced heavy rain on Sunday, with more showers expected in the coming hours, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). A yellow alert has been issued for the National Capital, and at 7:40 AM, the Delhi Meteorological Centre released a nowcast warning predicting light rainfall or drizzle in areas including Narela, Bawana, Alipur, and Rohini, along with parts of neighboring Haryana and western Uttar Pradesh.

Rainfall is expected to persist over the next four to five days. The Maximum temperatures is likely range between 33 Degree Celsius and 35 Degree Celsius, while the minimum temperatures will remain between 26 Degree Celsius and 28 Degree Celsius. The city will experience predominantly cloudy skies with intermittent showers, as the monsoon axis is forecast to stay close to the region throughout the weekend.

According to the latest forecast by MD, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and surrounding NCR areas are expected to receive light to moderate rainfall throughout the day. These conditions will be accompanied by thunder, lightning, and strong winds. Showers are predicted to continue into the night, resulting in overcast skies and an increased risk of lightning strikes, particularly in open areas.

On July 6, 2025 (Sunday), the temperature will range between 32-34 Degree Celsius during the day and drop to around 28.8 Degree Celsius at night. Winds will shift from SW in the morning and afternoon to NE in the evening, with generally cloudy skies and light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning.

On July 7, 2025 (Monday), temperatures will range between 32-34 Degree Celsius during the day and 25-27 Degree Celsius at night. Winds will blow from the southeast in the morning and shift to the northeast by afternoon and evening, with a generally cloudy sky and light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning.

On July 8, 2025 (Tuesday), the temperature will range from 32-34 Degree Celsius during the day to 25-27 Degree Celsius at night. Winds will vary from east in the morning to northeast in the afternoon and southeast in the evening, with a generally cloudy sky and very light to light rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning.

On July 9, 2025 (Wednesday), temperatures will remain between 32-34 Degree Celsius during the day and 25-27 Degree Celsius at night. Winds will shift from northwest in the morning to northeast by afternoon and strengthen in the evening, under a generally cloudy sky with very light to light rain and thunderstorm/lightning.

On July 10, 2025 (Thursday), the temperature will range between 33-35 Degree Celsius during the day and 24-26 Degree Celsius at night. Winds will blow from the northwest throughout the day at varying speeds, with a generally cloudy sky and very light to light rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning.

On July 11, 2025 (Friday), temperatures will range from 32-34 Degree Celsius during the day to 24-26 Degree Celsius at night. Winds will flow from the northwest in the morning and afternoon, shifting to the north in the evening, with a generally cloudy sky and very light to light rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning.
