The IMD has predicted cloudy skies with a chance of a thunderstorm and rainfall later in the day that will bring some relief from the intense heat. The monsoon will reach northwest India, including Delhi, between June 19 to 25.
The expected date to reach monsoon in Delhi is around June 30, as recorded over the past year, according to the IMD data.
