Divine East Temple Tour: If you are planning to visit some of India's most revered temples, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has introduced a special travel package for you - 'Divine East Temple Tour'. This 10-day journey covers places including - Varanasi, Kolkata, Gangasagar, Puri, Bhubaneswar, Konark, Chilika Lake and Baidyanath Dham (Jyotirlinga).
When And Where Will Journey Begin?
The journey by Bharat Gaurav Deluxe Tourist Train will commence from Delhi’s Safdarjung Railway Station on March 9, 2026 and will return to Delhi on March 18 via Varanasi, Kolkata, Gangasagar, Puri, Bhubaneswar, Konark, Chilka and Baidyanath Dham.
This IRCTC Tour Package will take you to several destinations, including the Kashi Vishwanath Temple (Jyotirlinga) and Ganga Aarti in Varanasi. You will then be taken to Kolkata, the cultural capital of India. Here, you will be taken to the Victoria Memorial and other city attractions, as well as important temples like the Kalighat (Shaktipeeth) and Dakshineswar Kali Temple.
A day trip to the sacred banks of Gangasagar, including a holy dip in the Sagar Sangam and a visit to the Kapil Muni Temple, are highlights of this trip. The journey continues to Puri, where you will also be treated to a visit to the iconic Shri Jagannath Temple. Additionally, you will visit the Odisha circuit, including Bhubaneswar, the Dhauli Shanti Stupa, the Udayagiri and Khandagiri Caves, the Konark Sun Temple (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and more.
The final spiritual stop of the Yatra is Baidyanath Dham (Deoghar), one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, followed by return to Delhi Safdarjung on March 18, 2026, marking the conclusion of a spiritually enriching journey.

The Bharat Gaurav Deluxe Tourist Train offers modern amenities and a comfortable travel experience. Passengers can choose from AC cabins in 1AC, 2AC, and 3AC categories.
1AC: Rs 1,06,940 per person
2AC: Rs 98,925 per person
3AC: Rs 79,285 per person
This package includes vegetarian meals, AC transfers, hotel accommodations, and support from an IRCTC tour manager. Fares vary for different categories.
