Durga Puja 2023: As Goddess Durga along with her children graced pandals across the country, the wait to go see the deity ends as people decked and dazzled look forward to visit places housing Durga Maa in all her glory. Chittaranjan Park in Delhi which is known as the hub for the Durga Puja festivities in the national capital is ready for the four-day long whirlwind of celebrations with artistic pandals, lights, mouth-watering food, elaborate rituals as the sound of dhak resonates through the city and the heart of every Bengali.
As the pandals in CR park compete against each other to emerge as the biggest crowd puller, this year the area will witness nine Durga Puja pandals where the festivities will take place.

Chittaranjan Park Kalibari: The Kalibari in CR Park houses the famous pandal which is built inside the Kali Mandir. It is the epicentre for all the celebrations with people flocking the region for food, celebrations and shopping during this time. Small fairs are also held on the side of the streets to keep the people busy as they wait in long queues to visit Goddess Durga. The secretary of the Kali Mandir, Pradip Majumdar said that the festivities will take place over a five day period to commemorate the golden jubilee of the pandal.

Co-Operative Ground Durga Puja Samiti: To reach the pandal you have to get down at the Nehru Enclave metro station on the Magenta Line. As many as 500 police personnel have been deployed in the CR Park area in view of the celebrations to manage the traffic situation. The theme of this year's puja pandal here has been inspired by a temple in Bihar and showcases the Nagara style of architecture.

Durga Puja At CR Park B Block: The Durga Puja pandal here has been inspired by the new parliament building with a hexagonal structure made with wooden planks painted in shades of red and white. It is all set to steal the show and mesmerise spectators.
Kashmere Gate Durga Puja Pandal: The Durga Puja celebrations here are one of the oldest in the city and started at around 1910. The puja committee here organise multiple cultural programmes throughout the day for the four-day long festival. To reach here you have to get down at the Kashmere Gate Metro station.
Arambagh Durga Puja Samiti: The committee this year is celebrating 35 years of Durga Puja festivities and usually follows an eco-friendly theme to construct the pandals each year. The nearest metro station to the puja pandal is RK Ashram Marg.
