Ernakulam-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express To Start On THIS Date; Third Semi-High-Speed Train For Kerala | Check Route, Stoppages

Vande Bharat Train Launch: Indian Railway is gearing up to launch a new Vande Bharat Express for Kerala. The upcoming Vande Bharat Express train will connect Ernakulam and Bengaluru via Palakkad, Thrissur and Coimbatore. The Vande Bharat Express will be the third such service in Kerala, further boosting connectivity with Karnataka.

Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Wednesday said that a Vande Bharat Express between Ernakulam and Bengaluru will be launched by mid-November. The new Vande Bharat Express will be operated and maintained by the Southern Railway Zone.

Ernakulam-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Train: Check Route, Stoppages

- Route: The upcoming Vande Bharat train service will run between Ernakulam and Bengaluru. This service will be the third Vande Bharat Express in Kerala, boosting connectivity with Karnataka.

- Stoppages: The train will run between Ernakulam and Bengaluru via stopping at major stations, including Palakkad, Thrissur and Coimbatore.

- Launch Date: The Railway Minister has announced that the Vande Bharat Express connecting Ernakulam and Bengaluru will be launched by mid-November.

- Speed: The Vande Bharat Express can run up to a speed of 160 kilometres per hour, offering passengers a faster, convenient and premium travel experience.

- Features: The Vande Bharat Express is equipped with advanced safety systems like KAVACH, CCTV surveillance, and fire detection, along with modern passenger amenities including ergonomic seating, automatic doors, sealed gangways, and on-board catering facilities.
