Exit Poll Results 2026: The Axis-My India exit poll, which gave a surprising projection of a landslide victory for debutant actor Vijay's TVF, with 98-120 seats in the 234-constituency assembly in Tamil Nadu, said it would not release any prediction about the high-stakes elections in West Bengal.

Why Has Axis My India Decided Not To Predict Bengal Poll Results?

Explaining the factors behind the decision, Axis My India founder Pradeep Gupta said the electors chose to stay mum on who they voted for. He further said that voters did not reply to the questions in his surveys.

West Bengal Exit Poll Results 2026

Meanwhile, most exit polls predicted a tough fight between Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party in the bitterly fought West Bengal Assembly election 2026. A few exit polls showed that Mamata may lose power to the BJP with a thin margin. If predictions come true, it would me an end of Mamata's 15-year-long dominance in Bengal politics. However, it was just a prediction, not the result.
