Roshan Anand, the director of Gyan Bindu Coaching, who was jailed in connection with the attack at Faisal Khan alias Khan Sir's coaching institute, Khan Global Studies in Patna, came out of jail on Monday.
After coming out of the hail, he made serious allegations against Khan Sir, accusing him and RS Prasad, the owner of Kisan Cold Storage, of conspiring to murder his brother.
Roshan Anad demands narco test on Khan Sir
Demanding a narco test on Khan Sir, Anand raised apprehensions, saying his brother was killed when he was inside the jail, and his rival was lying. He also highlighted that Khan Sir initially accused him of opening fire, but accepted that he fired from his side after the purported video went viral.
After leaving jail, he headed straight to Saharsa to attend the funeral of his brother Prince Yadav, who died under suspicious circumstances in a hotel in Biratnagar, Nepal.
A bruise was found above the prince's eye. Four companions of the Prince, who were present in his room, were taken into custody by the Nepal police in connection with the incident.
After completing the necessary procedures in Nepal, the body was brought to Saharsa. Politics has also intensified in this matter.
Roshan Anand arrested in attack case
Anand was arrested on June 2, a day after the attack on Khan Global Studies. The entire matter was linked to a coaching institute business rivalry.
While the initial crackdown targeted Anand and his associates, a video showing Khan Sir's guard opening fire also turned the investigation toward his role. His guards were arrested, and searches were conducted at his coaching and other entities.
