Ghaziabad Traffic Advisory Oct 8: The Indian Air Force is gearing up to celebrate its 93rd Foundation Day on Wednesday, October 8, with a grand parade at Hindon Air Force Station. To ensure smooth traffic flow during the event, the Ghaziabad Traffic Police has implemented a route diversion plan, effective from 6 am until the conclusion of the program.
The diversion plan has been put in place to facilitate the movement of dignitaries, including Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan, Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi, and Navy Chief Dinesh Kumar Tripathi, who will be attending the celebrations.

Ghaziabad Traffic Diversion On Wednesday: Route Diversion Details
As part of the diversion plan, heavy commercial vehicles will be barred from entering certain areas. The restrictions include:
- No entry for heavy commercial vehicles from ALT Chowk to Rotary Chowk
- No entry for heavy commercial vehicles from Hindon River Metro Station to Rotary Chowk
- No heavy commercial vehicles will be allowed from Rotary Chowk to Nagdwar
- Heavy commercial vehicles will not be permitted from Karhera Cut GT Road to Hindon Air Force Chowk
- No heavy commercial vehicles will be allowed from Mohan Nagar to Hindon Air Force Chowk
- Heavy commercial vehicles will not be permitted from Karan Gate Chowk to Hindon Air Force Chowk
Alternate Route Ahead Of Ghaziabad Traffic Advisory On Oct 8
ADCPTraffic Sachchidanand has informed that alternative routes will be available for commuters during the diversion. In case of any issues, people can contact the Traffic Control Room at 9643322904, Traffic Inspector Pancham Manoj Kumar Singh at 8130674912, or the traffic police's social media handles.
