Waterfalls In Karnataka: One of the destinations that people look to in order to escape their hectic daily lives is Karnataka. The state is endowed with an abundance of breathtaking waterfalls, hill stations, and other natural retreats that will make anyone's heart sing. Shivanasamudra Falls
It is roughly 81 kilometres from Mysuru in the Mandya district. The Shivanasamudra Falls are made up of two streams of water: Gaganachukki Falls and Baharachukki Falls.
Magod Falls
A well-known waterfall on the Bedti River is Magod Falls, which is located in the Yellapur Taluk of the North Canara (Uttar Kannada) district. The Bedthi River descends into a rocky ravine from a height of 650 feet in two separate leaps.
The Gokak Falls
It is located on the Ghataprabha River in Belagavi district of the state. The waterfall is six-and-a-half kilometres away from Gokak town.
Jog Falls
Known as the "Niagara of India," this waterfall is among the highest in the country. The Sharavathi River splits into four streams, Raja, Rani, Rocket, and Roarer, as it falls from a height of 253 metres to form the waterfalls.
Hebbe Falls
Situated inside the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary and Tiger Reserve is Hebbe Falls. There are two stages to the fall: Chikka Hebbe (small falls) and Dodda Hebbe (big falls). You would need to walk a short distance of 2 km from the parking lot to Hebbe Falls.
