A biker was brutally assaulted by a group of men on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, in an incident that has sparked outrage after a video of the attack went viral. Gurugram Police stated that the incident occurred on Sunday when a group of bikers, part of the Kawasaki Bike Riders group, was heading from Ambience Mall to Pachgaon for breakfast.
The confrontation reportedly began when men in a Scorpio SUV started driving aggressively, attempting to ram into the bikers. The group decided to stop at the Basai Village flyover after the SUV overtook them, only for the Scorpio to halt in front of them and its four occupants to emerge with baseball bats.
The footage shows the victim pleading for mercy as two muscular assailants violently hit him, one striking his chest and shaking his helmet, while the other smacked his head. A second video showed the attackers repeatedly striking the victim’s helmet with a baseball bat as bystanders failed to intervene.
