Haryana news: A man allegedly died by suicide after killing his son and daughter in Haryana's Bahadurgarh on the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday. Police reportedly received the information at around 5:45 AM.
"We received information this morning around 5:45 through the control room that a man (Karamveer) and his two children had hanged themselves, after which the SHO and police team reached the spot," news agency ANI cited Bahadurgarh DSP, Dharmbir Kumar, as saying.
The accused, Karamveer, reportedly had a quarrel with his wife on Saturday night following which, he locked the door from inside and killed his son, Tanuj (11), and daughter, Muskan (11) and then died by suicide.
According to the man’s wife, a friend of Karamveer, Naveen, had gotten his car financed and Karamveer was his guarantor for that. Naveen reportedly sold the car without paying the installment of the car, following which bankers ordered to seize Karamveer's land.
"Karamveer's wife has also said that he was in tension because of that loan, and their quarrel last night was also on the same issue," the DSP said.

The bodies were sent for postmortem. However, the relatives have not lodged any complaint as of now and legal procedures will be undertaken after a complaint is registered, he added.
