Railway News: The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced a ‘Five Jyotirlinga Darshan’ tourist package for devotees who wish to visit Jyotirlingas during the monsoon season. Under this package, devotees will be able to visit five Jyotirlingas, namely Mahakaleshwar, Omkareshwar, Trimbakeshwar, Bhimashankar and Ghrishneshwar in a single trip starting from August 16. The journey to the five Jyotirlingas will be done through the Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train in sleeper and AC coaches for the convenience of passengers. The Indian Railways has announced the route, ticket fare, stoppages and other details of the package.
IRCTC ‘Five Jyotirlinga Darshan’ Package: Check Fare, Route, Other Details
Trip Details: The ‘Five Jyotirlinga Darshan’ is a nine-day and eight-night trip starting on August 16 from Nagpur. After departing from Nagpur, it will go to Ujjain (where Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar will be seen), Nashik (where Trimbakeshwar will be seen), Pune (where Bhimashankar will be seen) and Aurangabad (where Ghrishneshwar will be seen).
Train And Fare Details: According to the information, a total of 630 seats are available for this trip, including 228 seats in Sleeper Class, 350 seats in 3AC and 52 seats in 2AC. Passengers who wish to visit five Jyotirlingas in a single package can board and deboard the train at Secunderabad, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Dharamabad, Mudkhed, Nanded and Purana.
The journey will be done through Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train. The fare is Rs 14,700 for economy class, Rs 22,900 for standard class and Rs 29,900 for premium class. Passengers will have to stay in shared accommodation with other passengers, Jagran.com reported.
Five Jyotirlingas Darshan: The Five Jyotirlingas Darshan tourist package will allow tourists to visit various pilgrimage sites in a single trip. The trip will start from Nagpur, where devotees will visit Shri Swaminarayan Temple, followed by Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga visit in in Ujjain.

After departing from Ujjain, the train will reach Nashik, where devotees will visit Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga, situated on the banks of the Godavari River. Then the trip will offer a spiritual visit to Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga, situated on the Sahyadri Mountains in Pune. Towards the end, the devotees will see Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga in Aurangabad.
