According to the officials, a bomb disposal squad was called to the spot which later destroyed the suspicious object.

Earlier this month, the Jammu and Kasmir's CID counter intelligence Kashmir (CIK) wing raided multiple places in Kashmir in connection with a terror-related crime case. The CIK assisted by other security agencies has been proactively working to dismantle the terror network and thwart any potential threat to peace and stability in Kashmir.
