J-K Encounter: Soldier Killed After Terrorists Open Fire On Patrolling Unit; Gunfight Underway

Kulgam Encounter: An Indian Army died in the line of duty on Saturday after an encounter broke out between the terrorists and security forces in the Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir. The gunfight started after terrorists fired upon the patrolling team while it was conducting a cordon-and-search operation in Modergam village after receiving inputs about the presence of terrorists there.
