Karnataka Power Cut: Multiple areas in Karnataka will experience scheduled power outages today, November 18, due to maintenance works. These include routine operations such as tree trimming, RMU maintenance, line maintenance, and feeder servicing. The affected areas will primarily see power outages between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Karnataka Power Cut: Affected Areas
- Koramangala Division (South Zone):
Power will be interrupted in Kundalahalli, Munnekolala, and Panathur for RMU maintenance, tree trimming, and jump renewals from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Areas such as Deverabisanahalli, Chowdeshwara Layout, Gunjur Palya, and Balagere will be affected.
- Dabaspete Division (Nelamangala Circle):
Scheduled line maintenance and servicing will affect Shivagange GP limits from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with an estimated interruption duration of 5:30 hours.

- Chandapura Division (Ramanagara Circle):
Suryanagara will face interruptions due to tree trimming and RMU maintenance from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The power cut will primarily affect Suryacity Phase-2 Area.
- Chikkaballapura Division (Kolar Circle):
Maintenance work will take place in Gudibande, affecting Kambalahalli and Somenahalli between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
- Chintamani Division (Kolar Circle):
Power supply in Muthakadalli, Gunnahalli, Madabahalli, and surrounding areas will be disrupted due to HT reconducting activities from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Chitradurga Division (Davanagere Circle):
Various feeders across the Chitradurga area will undergo maintenance work, including Sasalu, Bramhasandra, and Bramhasandragollarahatti. Maintenance activities will affect areas such as T B Nagara, Muttugadur, Sasalu, and Kagalagere, as well as industrial areas in Challakere Road and Kamanabavi Badavane.
- Davangere Division (Chitradurga Circle):
Extensive maintenance work across Davangere, including feeders like F10 Saraswathi and F13 Ranganatha, will impact areas such as Chikkammanni Layout, Saraswathi Nagara, Jayanagara, and Shivakumaraswamy Badavane. Interruptions are expected to last from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Srirampura Division (Chitradurga Circle):
Maintenance work, including jungle cutting and loose span stringing, will affect areas like Karehalli, Mathodu, and Ajjikamsagara, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
The disruptions are necessary for carrying out tasks like tree trimming, feeder servicing, and reconducting, with estimated durations ranging from 2 to 8 hours. Affected areas should plan accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
