Comedian Kunal Kamra and Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal have found themselves at odds once again, as Kamra fired back at social media posts on Tuesday claiming the ride-hailing company is now hiring "bouncers for after-sales" and to deal with the customers. Responding to a post by an Ola user, who alleged that the company's service centres were employing bouncers and not responding to customers' queries, Kamra requested journalists to fact-check these details.
The Comedian took to X to hit out at the company's founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal for employing 'bouncers for after sales'.
"Please can a journalist fact-check this? If true this is truly unique - Sales team for sales & Bouncers for after-sales," the comedian posted.

Earlier this month, Kamra had flagged the perils of Ola electric scooter customers, flagging issues such as service delays and technical problems with the products. A contention ensued between Bhavish Agarwal and Kamra who shared an image of hundreds of Ola electric scooters lying around one of the service centres.
"Do Indian consumers have a voice? Do they deserve this? Two-wheelers are many daily wage workers' lifeline... Anyone who has an issue with Ola Electric leave your story below tagging all...," he wrote.
Bhavish Aggarwal, irked by Kamra's post, responded by saying that it was a "paid tweet" and asked Kamra to "come and help" them out.
"Since you care so much Kunal Kamra, come and help us out! I'll even pay more than you earned for this paid tweet or from your failed comedy career. Or else sit quiet and let us focus on fixing the issues for the real customers. We're expanding the service network fast and backlogs will be cleared soon," the Ola CEO wrote on X.
