Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today hold a massive public meeting in Bihar’s Nawada as part of his campaign for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. During his rally, PM Narendra Modi will seek votes for the BJP candidate Vivek Thakur. Along with BJP leaders, members of other NDA partners from Bihar will also participate in Nawada Rally. Notably, this will be PM Modi’s second big rally in Bihar in one week.
Security Heightened In Nawada:
PM Modi kickstarted the Bihar leg of his campaign from Jamui, where he remembered the late Ram Vilas Paswan in the latter’s strong bastion. In view of PM Modi’s Nawada rally, the security has been beefed up in the area. Voting will take place in Gaya, Aurangabad and Jamui in the first phase on April 19. PM Modi came to Nawada in 2014 to campaign for BJP candidate Giriraj Singh. BJP workers are excited about the PM’s rally and all the requisite arrangements are in place.
CM Nitish Kumar To Be Present:
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will be present for PM Narendra Modi’s rally in Nawada. Besides, LJP (Ram Vilas) leader Chirag Pawan, HAM chief Jitan Ram Manjhi and Upendra Kushwaha will also be present during the rally.

JDU chief Nitish Kumar has recently joined the NDA after severing ties with the INDIA bloc, an opposition coalition of over 25 political parties across the country.
Lok Sabha Election 2024:
The Election Commission sounded the poll bugle after announcing the schedule of the high-stakes Lok Sabha polls in the country. The seven-phase voting will begin on April 19. The top poll panel has been vehemently holding meetings across the country. Top officials of the states have been asked to beef up border vigil.
