A man was allegedly kidnapped by some relatives from the Guna district of Madhya Pradesh after a dispute. The relatives took him to Rajasthan and forced him to drink urine and paraded him in a woman's clothes, said police, adding that the victim was allegedly forced to wear a garland of shoes and had his head tonsured by the accused.
The incident took place in neighbouring Rajasthan on May 22. Since the accused was kidnapped from Guna, a First Information Report (FIR) has also been filed at Madhya Pradesh's Fatehgarh police station against seven persons late Monday night, Superintendent of Police (SP) Sanjeev Sinha said as quoted by PTI.
According to a complaint filed by the man, the accused had also recorded the incident, posted it on social media, and demanded Rs 25 lakh from the victim.
Kripal Singh, in charge of the Fatehgarh police station, said that ten or twelve people had allegedly abducted the man and driven him to Jhalawar and Patan in Rajasthan in a jeep. There, they beat him, made him wear a garland of shoes and women's clothes, and made him drink urine.

Complaint Filed In The Matter
SP Sinha said, "We have taken cognisance of the incident. The complainant came to me following which I sent him to Fatehgarh police station. He was beaten up in Rajasthan but as the crime of kidnapping him took place here, a case was registered in Guna district in the matter."
The complaint has been filed against seven persons under various Indian Penal Code sections, including 506 (criminal intimidation), 365 (kidnapping) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of a common intention), said the police official.
