Popular actor Vinod Thomas was found dead inside a parked car at a hotel near Pampady, Kerala as confirmed by the police on Saturday. At 45 years old, Thomas's untimely death was reported after the hotel's management noticed a person inside a parked car on its premises for an extended period.
Upon investigation, the police found Vinod Thomas inside the car and transported him to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, doctors examining him declared him dead. The body has been sent for postmortem examination to ascertain the cause of death.
"We found him inside the car and took him to a nearby hospital. Doctors examined him and declared him dead," police said, as quoted by news agency PTI

Vinod Thomas was recognised for his roles in several movies, including 'Ayyappanum Koshyum,' 'Natholi oru cheriya meenalla,' 'Oru murai vanth paathaaya,' 'Happy wedding,' and 'June,' among others. The news of his sudden demise has saddened the entertainment community and his fans.
