Officials said Shatabdi Nagar station at Dainik Jagran Square is the likely venue for the inauguration. Plans are also being discussed for the Prime Minister to address a public meeting after the flag-off. The venue for this rally has not been finalised, but it is expected to accommodate nearly one lakh people. A helipad will also be built at the rally site for the Prime Minister’s arrival.

For now, discussions on the official date and venue remain underway.
In separate news, a 42-year-old English coaching teacher, Amit Tyagi, survived after being shot by a masked attacker near Sharda Road in Meerut’s Brahmpuri area on Friday night. Police said Tyagi, despite being hit in the back, rode his scooter to a hospital where doctors saved his life. He recalled finding his institute’s gate tied with wires and receiving an electric shock before a youth opened fire. One bullet struck him while another missed. Tyagi insisted he had no disputes with anyone, suggesting he may have been mistaken for someone else. Police have launched an investigation to trace the assailant.
