A man in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh died by suicide during an Instagram live session, alleging harassment by his wife and mother-in-law. The shocking incident, reminiscent of the Engineer Atul Subhash case, unfolded on March 16 while the man's wife was reportedly watching the livestream.

The deceased, identified as Shiv Prakash Tripathi, accused his wife, Priya Sharma, and her mother of being responsible for his distress. Following the incident, the police arrested both women and initiated an investigation into the matter.

According to Sub-Divisional Officer of Police (SDOP) Umesh Prajapati, Tripathi had married Priya Sharma two years ago. Later, he discovered that she was in a relationship with someone else. Despite this, he chose to remain silent and attempted to save his marriage.
