Drone Pilot Training: Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the former captain of the Indian cricket team, has recently earned a drone pilot license from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) after completing the required training. This license allows him to legally operate drones under the existing regulations applicable to all drone users across the country.
Drone pilot training involves learning about drone operations, safety protocols and government regulations at DGCA-approved centres. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate must pass a certification process to receive the license. Here’s how you can obtain a drone pilot license in India.
