1. IRCTC E-Ticketing Website

Passengers can book train tickets directly through the official IRCTC e-ticketing website using their existing account.

Steps to book:

* Open the IRCTC website on your mobile browser.

* Log in using your IRCTC user ID and password.

* Enter the boarding station, destination and journey date.

* Select the preferred train and travel class after checking availability.

* Open the RailYatri app and select the train booking option.

To book a train ticket, it is mandatory for users to verify their details by verifying their registered mobile number and email ID. If one has not completed their verification, they will first have to go to the IRCTC website and log in using the IRCTC ID. 

After entering the password, one will be asked to verify details by entering their mobile number and email ID and providing OTPs for the same. After completing the verification process, one can book a train ticket through the website or app as mentioned in the above steps.
