Air India Passengers Deplaned: More than 200 passengers were deplaned from a Singapore-bound Air India flight late Wednesday night. They had a tough time at the Delhi airport after being deplaned. After being seated in the aircraft for nearly two hours with a faulty air conditioning system, they were asked to deboard due to some technical issues.
Flight AI2380, being operated with a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, was scheduled to depart the Delhi airport around 11 pm on Wednesday. But, the flight got delayed due to a fault.

Ahead Of Take Off Issue With Power Supply Detected
A PTI journalist who was on the plane said the aircraft's air conditioning system and the electric supply were faulty. After being seated in the aircraft for nearly two hours, all passengers were deboarded and taken to the terminal building, he added.
The passenger said the crew did not provide any specific reason for the decision to deplane all air travellers. There was no immediate statement from Air India on the incident.
Video clips emerged on social media showing Air India passengers using newspapers and magazines to fan themselves amid a fault in the ACs.
AAIB Issues Preliminary Report On Air India Plane That Veered Off Runway
In another development, the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) said an Air India plane that veered off the runway at the Mumbai airport on July 21 suffered damage to the engine cowl and three main tyres were deflated. The plane touched down on the right edge while landing, and subsequently its right-hand main wheels and nose wheel entered the grassy area on the right side of runway, AAIB saidin its preliminary report on the incident on September 8.
