Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj Padyatra, a 3000 km political campaign across Bihar, continues to attract supporters. Seeking to contest next year's Bihar Assembly elections, the Jan Suraaj founder aims to pull out a strategy to expand his supporter base across communities in Bihar. In a recent address during the Jan Suraaj Padyatra, Prashant Kishor elaborated upon his plan on how Muslims can oust BJP from the Bihar government.
Prashant Kishor stated that in the last two general elections, BJP received 37 per cent of the vote, indicating that more than half of the Hindus did not support the party. He emphasised the importance of identifying these Hindus, who believe in Gandhian, Ambedkarite, Socialislist or Communist ideologies, as potential allies for electoral success.
Addressing the public, Prashant Kishor openly discussed the differences between his political approach and the advice All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) President Asaduddin Owaisi offers to Muslims in politics.

Prashant Kishor highlighted that while Asaduddin Owaisi encourages Muslims to stand up for their rights, Kishor believes they should do so in alliance with about 50 per cent of the Hindus who follow Gandhi's ideology and are determined to oppose the BJP.
Prashant Kishor concluded by asserting that forming an alliance with these groups could lead to a winning formula in the upcoming elections in the country.
