Radhika Yadav Murder: In conversation with his brother after murdering Radhika Yadav, accused Deepak Yadav said that he had lost his mind and committed the crime, claimed Vijay Yadav, Radhika's uncle.

Vijay Yadav said, "Mereko ye kaha ki bhai, maine kanya vadh kar diya hai. Mujhe maar do...vajah nahi batayi… kehta bas bhai dimag kharab ho gaya tha (He said brother, I killed my daughter, kill me… he did not tell any reason… He said that he had lost his mind)," Vijay Yadav said.

Speaking about the relationship between the father and daughter duo, Vijay said that Deepak used to take Radhika for training at 5:00 am and bring her back in the evening.

"Her father used to take her for training at 5 in the morning, and used to bring her back in the evening till the training was on. She had stopped going anywhere and everything else", he said.

While talking to the news agency ANI, Vijay said that the accused told police to hang him, if there is any rule for hanging. Vijay also refuted the existence of any Tennis academy, saying, "She was a tennis coach. In my opinion, she had not opened any academy of her own... These people were rich from the beginning. Her father has worked very hard. When everyone in their village had kutcha houses, they had a pucca house... There is no bigger punishment than realisation when a person himself is guilty."

Radhika was shot dead last Thursday inside the kitchen of her residence in Sushant Lok, Sector 57, by her father, Deepak Yadav. The police have arrested the accused, who reportedly confessed to the crime, stating he was under stress over social comments about his daughter's lifestyle and income.
