Launched a few months ago, the app is designed to make ticket booking and other railway facilities easier, especially for passengers travelling during the festive season.

The RailOne app is available on both Android and iOS. Android users can download it from the Google Play Store, while iPhone users can install it from the Apple App Store. After installation, the app will request necessary permissions, including access to location and notifications.

Existing IRCTC users can log in using their IRCTC username and password. New users can register with their mobile number, after which an OTP-based verification process will be completed.

How To Book Reserved Tickets In RailOne App

To book a reserved ticket, users need to log in and select the “Book Tickets” option on the home screen. After choosing “Reserved,” passengers can enter the source and destination stations, travel date and preferred class. The app will then display train options, available seats and fares. Once a train is selected, passengers must enter their details and complete the payment through UPI, debit/credit card or net banking. Tickets will then appear in the “My Bookings” section.

RailOne App: Booking Unreserved Tickets

The app also allows the purchase of unreserved tickets for local and general train journeys. Travellers need to select “Unreserved Ticket,” fill in the journey details and make payment. A QR-based digital ticket will be generated and saved within the app.
