RCB Victory Parade Stampede: Royal Challengers Bengaluru's joyous celebrations after clinching the first-ever IPL title in 18 years took a tragic turn on Wednesday after a stampede broke out outside the M Chinnaswamy Stadium and Vidhan Souda (State Legislative Assembly) in Bengaluru, resulting in the deaths of 11 people and leaving 56 others injured.

Soon, rumours spread that free entry passes were being distributed for the ceremony, resulting in the stampede. People without valid entry passes tried to swarm into the stadium.
