Shashi Tharoor Row: The 'Shashi Tharoor' factor remains mysterious in Congress. The grand old party and Tharoor, both were using cryptic language making the issue more intriguing. On Wednesday, party chief Mallikarjun Kharge snubbed party leader Tharoor, saying he could not read English, but his (Tharoor's) language is very good. Hours after Tharoor dropped a cryptic X post, writing - 'the sky belongs to no one'.
What Exactly Kharge Said On Question-Related To Tharoor
At a press conference in New Delhi, Kharge said, "I can’t read English, but his language is very good, that’s why we made him a member of the party’s working committee. But what I want to say is that all of us, the entire opposition, have come together and said we stand with our Army, our Army that is fighting, we are with them."

Tharoor's Veiled Response To Kharge
Hours after Kharge snubbed him over his praise for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Tharoor posted an inspirational quote with a picture of a bird on X which is widely seen as a reply to the party chief.

"Don't ask permission to fly. The wings are yours. And the sky belongs to no one," Tharoor's X post read.

Not party's opinion': Congress Distances Itself From Tharoor's Remarks
Earlier on Tuesday, the Congress distanced itself from Tharoor's remarks in an article in which he stated that PM Modi's energy, dynamism and willingness to engage remained a "prime asset" for India on the global stage.
