SIR Voter List Download Online: The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list is currently underway in 12 states and Union Territories which started onNovember 4. All registered voters should verify whether their names or the names of their parents or other family members are listed in the 2003 electoral roll.

SIR Voter List Download: Step-by-Step Instructions to Check Your Name on Last SIR E-Roll

1. Visit the official website: https://voters.eci.gov.in/

2. Navigate to the 'Services' section and select 'Search your name in Last SIR'.

3. You will then be presented with two options:

- 'Your State'

- 'Search by Elector Details'

-> If you choose 'Your State'

- Select your state.

- Enter your district and Assembly Constituency (AC).

- Click on 'Final Roll'.

- Complete the CAPTCHA.

- A PDF file will automatically download to your device.

- Open the PDF and scroll to the second page. Look for your name, your parents' names, or the names of other relatives.

-> If you choose 'Search by Elector Details'

- Select your state.

- Choose your district from the dropdown menu.

- Select the Assembly Constituency (AC).

- If known, enter the Part Serial Number.

- Enter the Elector's Full Name as listed in the last SIR (2002/2003).

- Enter the Full Name of a Relative from 2002/2003 (e.g., father, mother, husband).

- Specify the Relationship Type ( For example: Father, Mother, Husband, Other).

- Approximate your age in 2002/2003.

- Enter the Section Number and Name from 2002/2003 (if known).

- Complete the CAPTCHA.

- Click 'Search'.

NOTE: If the details match, the system will either display the relevant SIR entry or give you access to the PDF version of the roll. Once the PDF is downloaded, check from the second page onward for your name or that of your family members.

SIR Voter List Download: Who Needs To Fill Out SIR Form?

Voters from the following states and Union Territories must complete the SIR Enumeration Form over the next three months to ensure their names remain on the electoral roll:

- Andaman & Nicobar Islands

- Chhattisgarh

- Goa

- Gujarat

- Kerala

- Lakshadweep

- Madhya Pradesh

- Puducherry

- Rajasthan

- Tamil Nadu

- Uttar Pradesh

- West Bengal

SIR Voter List Download Online: How To Check Your Name In 2003 Voter Roll (Offline Method)

You can visit the office of the District Election Officer (DEO). They maintain old physical copies and electoral records. Keep your name, parents' name, previous address, polling place, year of birth, and age as of 2003 close at hand for easy access. Go to the office, speak with the employees, and ask them to look up the location's 2003 records. Do you need it copied or checked? Inform the official, and they will help you.
