A video is making rounds on social media in which a woman can be seen smoking inside an air-conditioned coach of a train while the man recording the video confronted her.

The woman seems adamant about smoking cigarettes and asks the male co-passenger to delete the video. She said, "You are making a video. This is very wrong. Tell him not to make my video and delete it".

To this, the male passenger responds, "Smoking is illegal. Go smoke outside." Irked by the recording and reply, the woman engages in a heated exchange, suggesting he call the police. She said, "I am not spending your money to smoke. This is not your train. Go call the police."

During the escalated argument, another co-passenger intervenes angrily and objects to smoking, saying, "This is an AC compartment. Don’t you know that smoking is not allowed here?"

The video was shared by an X user named ManjulKhattar with a Hindi caption, "Smoking in public places is a violation of others’ rights. Such actions should absolutely not be tolerated in places like trains. The Railway Ministry should impose both fines and strict punishments."

The official Railway Seva handle reacted to the video and said that the matter was forwarded to the concerned officials to take action. The video has prompted mixed reactions on social media, with some arguing in favour of the girl who accepted going outside but was still heckled.
