Thane: A road rage incident has come to light after a Tata Harrier SUV was seen ramming a Toyota Fortuner in Maharashtra's Thane. The incident happened at around 11 am today. The black Harrier, after hitting the white SUV (Fortuner) from behind, took a U-turn and rammed it again from the front. A man who was standing on the road was also hit by the Harrier and dragged for several metres.

The viral video shows a child and a woman sitting in the backseat of the Fortuner. The boy screamed as the black Harrier hit the SUV.

The police in response to a post on X, which alerted them about the incident, said they are looking into the matter.

Another incident in Bengaluru's Doddakannelli area on Sarjapur Road went viral on social media, showing a heated confrontation between a bike rider and a couple in a car. The altercation occurred around 10:30 pm on Monday when the bike rider became enraged after the car turned left without signalling.

In the viral video, the enraged biker is seen aggressively attacking the car, breaking its windshield and repeatedly shouting at the passengers. The couple inside the vehicle can be heard pleading with the assailant, stating that they have a child with them. Despite their pleas, the bike rider continued his assault, smashing the car’s glass with the broken windshield.

Bystanders attempted to intervene and stop the biker but the situation escalated quickly. The incident was captured and shared online by Citizen Movement, East Bengaluru on X bringing widespread attention to the altercation.

In response to the viral video, Bengaluru City Police confirmed that the bike rider has been taken into custody. Authorities are currently investigating the incident to determine the exact circumstances and potential charges.
