Dense fog in several parts of the country caused low visibility and disrupted train and flight operations in north India. Many passengers were stranded at airports and railway stations as they waited for their scheduled flights and trains.

At Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, several flights have been delayed and a few have been cancelled due to the fog. Passengers were upset over the delays as they had to wait for hours to reach their destinations. 

"I have come from Bahrain. My flight was delayed by one hour," a passenger, Diljit Kaur said, who was waiting for his flight at IGI airport.

The railway passengers also faced several difficulties due to dense fog which disrupted the normal operation. at the New Delhi Railway Station, passengers were left stranded in the cold waves. The fog also affected the road traffic and reduced the air quality in the region.
