Police on Saturday stopped a march led by Yeti Narsinghanand and his supporters, who were heading to Jantar Mantar in Delhi to protest against the proposed UGC bill aimed at promoting equality in higher education institutions.

Narsinghanand alleged that despite having permission from the Delhi Police, the group was forcibly stopped by the Ghaziabad Police during the march.
