A man who forcefully entered a woman’s flat and filmed an obscene video, later threatening to make it viral, has been arrested by Surajpur Kotwali Police. The disturbing incident, which took place inside a residential society in Surajpur, has sparked serious concerns over women's safety and digital abuse.

The accused, identified as Gaurav, is originally from Narangpur village under Sarurpur Khurd police station in Meerut but was living in Gulistanpur, a village located in the Gautam Buddh Nagar District of Uttar Pradesh, India, specifically within the Greater Noida area. Police seized the mobile phone allegedly used to record the video during the arrest.

The case came to light when a woman living in the society filed a complaint, stating that a man had entered her flat without permission and committed indecent acts. According to Jagran.com, he threatened to make the video public on social media. The woman, who lives with her two children, said her husband works in a factory in Ahmedabad and was not present at the time of the incident.

"The victim alleged that the accused has sent the video to her husband," police said, citing the complaint. Following this, an FIR was registered and police began searching for the suspect.

During their investigation, officers found that Gaurav, who delivers milk in the area, had been supplying milk to the woman’s home for some time. She would occasionally ask him to bring other household items too, which made him a familiar face around the apartment.
