The district disaster management centre reported that landslide debris demolished 27-30 houses in Kuntri ward of Nagar Panchayat Nandanagar. 10 people were inside at the time; two women and one child have been rescued, while seven remain missing. SDRF, NDRF, and local tehsil teams were deployed to the affected areas, Tiwari said Thursday morning.
