Kangra Vande Bharat Train Updates: To strengthen tourism in Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra district, major improvements are being made in road, rail, and air connectivity. Rajya Sabha MP Indu Goswami recently shared that the Vande Bharat Express will soon be extended to Kangra, making travel easier and more comfortable for visitors.

During her visit to the region, MP Indu Goswami highlighted the massive tourism potential of Kangra. She said that keeping this in mind, the central government is focusing on building four-lane highways in the area to improve road travel.

Additionally, the Chakki Bridge, which connects Pathankot to Joginder Nagar by rail, is nearing completion. This will make rail journeys smoother and more accessible for passengers, News18 reported.

Himachal Pradesh already has Vande Bharat train services, and now the plan is to extend them to Kangra as well. This will allow tourists to travel comfortably to various parts of the district and enjoy its natural beauty. The MP also confirmed that discussions with the Railway Minister are ongoing and that the train service will be launched soon.
